Before writing us, please note that:
- Due to the increasing number of messages we receive daily, we reserve the right not reply to all of them. Suggestions and bug reports are taken into serious consideration even when no reply is sent.
- Messages that are ignored are the ones containing advertisements or deals, asking for a free or a lost key, containing offensive terms, and such.
- The current version of Memware is not Windows Vista compatible and therefore we can not answer Vista related questions. Please, try 'Run as administrator' to open it or wait for a patch.
- We can not re-send you a lost key and we apologize for the inconvenience. It is your responsibility to keep safely a printout of your software purchase email.
